Controller and contact

The controller is Alfredo Bachero Monfort, owner of CalcuCeram, established in Spain. The direct channel for questions and rights requests is info@calcuceram.com.

Data processed

• Projects and calculations: measurements, materials, results, and 2D/3D models are processed in the browser. CalcuCeram does not send them to a database or retain copies of downloaded PDF, SVG, or JSON files.
• Technical data: the hosting infrastructure may receive the IP address, date and time, requested URL, user agent, and logs needed to deliver and protect the site.
• Messages: when someone writes to the contact address, the sender’s address, any name supplied, message content, and attachments voluntarily sent are processed.

There are no user accounts, forms, comments, profiles, automated decisions, first-party analytics, advertising, or sales of personal data.

Purposes and legal bases

• Delivering and protecting the website: operation, availability, abuse prevention, and fault diagnosis. The intended basis is the legitimate interest in maintaining a secure and reliable service.
• Replying to messages: handling questions, support, and requests. The basis will be steps requested by the individual, the legitimate interest in replying and, where relevant, compliance with a legal obligation.
• Handling rights and incidents: verifying, processing, and documenting requests or breaches. The basis will be compliance with applicable legal obligations.

Retention

• Messages will be kept while they are handled and, under the internal rule, for no longer than 12 months after the last interaction. They will then be deleted unless a legal obligation or possible claim requires blocking or longer retention.
• Rights-request and incident records will be kept for as long as needed to demonstrate their handling and meet applicable obligations.
• Technical hosting logs are kept only for as long as needed to deliver and protect the service, diagnose incidents, and meet applicable obligations, under the provider’s security and retention criteria.
• The PWA cache remains on the device until site data is cleared or the app is uninstalled. Downloaded reports remain under the user’s control.

Recipients and providers

The site is hosted through OpenAI Sites; its infrastructure and subprocessors may be involved in delivering, protecting, and maintaining the service. The domain and Zimbra mailbox are managed by OVHcloud, which states that Zimbra email is stored in France. Where a service involves an international transfer, the provider’s safeguards and applicable law are used. Personal data is not sold or disclosed for advertising.

Your rights

Individuals may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, and portability where applicable. Requests will be free and normally answered within one month; this may be extended by two further months for complex or numerous requests, with notice of the extension. Proportionate identity evidence may be requested when necessary.

Requests can be sent to info@calcuceram.com. Individuals may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency or their competent supervisory authority.

Security and incidents

CalcuCeram will use access controls, a unique strong password, two-factor authentication, periodic mailbox backups, and an incident register. No measure guarantees zero risk. Any personal-data breach will be contained, documented, and assessed, then reported to the authority and affected people where legally required.

Future changes

Any form, analytics, advertising, account, payment, or new provider will require this policy to be reviewed before activation. The date at the top will always identify the latest revision of the text.
