How much does the order weigh and how many pallets are needed?

Multiply the number of boxes by the weight per box, round up to the pallets required and add pallet tare.

gross weight = boxes × kg per box + pallets × pallet tare

Worked example

Seventy-three boxes at 31.5 kg each, with 36 boxes per pallet, require three pallets and weigh approximately 2,374.5 kg including tare.

Using weight per m² instead of weight per box.
